How do I join?

Where do I see my Notes?
In the rewards panel — the little launcher on the store — or in your account. Your balance, your tier, and your available rewards all live there.
How do I actually redeem?
Open the rewards panel, choose a reward you've earned, and it turns your Notes into a discount code. Apply it at checkout like any code.
Do my Notes expire?
No. Your Notes stay in your account. If that policy ever changes, we'll tell you well in advance — no silent resets.
How do tiers work?
Tiers follow what you spend in a calendar year: $100 makes you a Headliner, $250 an Encore. Reach a tier and its perks are yours for the rest of that year — including the tier-up gift.
Can I stack Notes with other discount codes?
One code per order — that's a Shopify rule, not ours. Pick whichever saves you more; your Notes will wait.
