This website is operated by Boja Mojada, Inc. (“WAM!™ Mints").
By visiting wammints.com or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using our site.
1. Use of Site and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to use this site or make purchases. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Products and Health Disclaimer
WAM! Mints are consumer products, not medical treatments.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Use only as directed. If you have medical concerns, consult a licensed professional.
3. Orders, Payments, and Pricing
We sell functional mints to U.S. customers only.
Prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice.
All prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes and shipping.
Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S.; all others include a shipping charge.
We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which supports major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure methods.
4. Subscriptions
Some products are available on a monthly “Subscribe and Save” basis.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel any time before your next renewal by contacting support@wammints.com or through your customer account.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We process and ship orders within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping is typically handled by USPS or other carriers at our discretion.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.
6. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns. Refunds may be offered, at our discretion, for damaged or defective items or in other reasonable circumstances.
To request a refund, contact support@wammints.com within 7 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, packaging designs, product formulas, and other intellectual property on this site are owned by Boja Mojada, Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without our written consent.
8. User Content and Reviews
By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant WAM! Mints a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display that content.
You agree not to post anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
We may remove any content at our discretion.
9. SMS Marketing
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages from WAM! Mints about orders, promotions, and offers.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP; for help, reply HELP or contact support@wammints.com.
Message frequency may vary. Delivery is subject to carrier availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAM! Mints, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WAM! Mints and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
Small claims matters may be brought individually in Nevada small claims court.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
